A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8,742
SETTING DAILY AND MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEES AT
THE WAR MEMORIAL FITNESS CENTER.
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the Little
Rock Board of Directors to make certain adjustments in fees
for use of the War Memorial Fitness Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The fees for the use of the War Memorial
Fitness Center are being amended as indicated in the
attached Fee Schedule.
SECTION 2: All other fees established by previous
Resolution relating to the War Memorial Fitness Center are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after January 1, 1994.

Annual memberships at the Fitness Center will be honored at the outdoor pool. Monthly memberships
at the Fitness Center will be given a 10% discount on monthly swimming pool passes.
