2 RESOLUTION NO. 9,051

4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
5 LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF
6 SYSTEMATICS INFORMATION SERVICES, INC. TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

9 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved zone
10 designation for Census Tract 22.04, Block Group 4 within the
11 corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
12 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
13 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
14 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
15 Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
16 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
17 forms available from AIDC, and
18 WHEREAS, Systematics Information Services, Inc.,
19 located at 4001 N. Rodney Parham Road, has been determined
20 by the management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
21 applicant, and
22 WHEREAS, Systematics Information Services, Inc. has
23 agreed to furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all
24 necessary information for compliance.
25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
26 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
27 SECTION 1. Systematics Information Services, Inc.
28 shall be endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit
29 from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
30 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June
31 30, 1999.
32 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
33 required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
