A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
IN LOT 32 OF BAPTIST MEDICAL CENTER CAMPUS AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd day of Novanber , 1983 asking the Board of
Directors to vacate a portion of a sanitary sewer easement in Lot 32 of Baptist Medical Center
Campus, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Book 1216, Page 3443 and in Plat Book D , Page 727 ,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of December
1993
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
