A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF MODULAR
OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE SOUTHWEST
COMMUNITY COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
a contract for modular office furniture for the Southwest
Community Complex; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding process
were disqualified for failure to meet bid specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Today's Office of of Little Rock, Arkansas, to
provide modular office furniture for the Southwest Community
Complex, in the amount of $21,206.00.

rating was required.
