A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, BOARD
OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS, CITY BEAUTIFUL'
COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY,
LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION, AND THE WATER
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Ms. Rebecca Finney appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. James Burt Taggart, said term expiring February
4, 1996.
(b) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS
Mr. Lonnie Buie, Jr., reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1996.
Mr. Brode Morgan, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1996.
(c) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Mr. William Steve Cato, reappointed to a three
year term expiring October 19, 1996.
Ms. Jo Marva Rancifer, reappointed to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1996.
Ms. Lin Blair, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Ross McCain, said term expiring October 19, 1994.
(d) LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY
Ms. Carolyn Witherspoon, reappointed to a five
year term expiring October 24, 1998.

(e) LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
Mr. Ramsay Ball, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 1, 1996.
Ms. Diane Chachere, reappointed to a three year
term expiring November 1, 1996.
Mr. Bill Putnam, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 1, 1996.
(f) WATER COMMISSION
Dr. Jesse Rancifer, appointed to an eight year
term, replacing Mr. Ralph White, said term expiring
October 31, 2001.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
