RESOLUTION NO. 9.033
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF VOGLER
STREET LYING GENERALLY BETWEEN WEST 12TH STREET
AND ROCK CREEK ABUTTING HOCOTT HOMES SITES
SUBDIVISION AND COX'S SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a. petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd
day of November, 1993, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all of the remaining 20' wide right -of-
way of Vogler Street lying generally south of West 12th
Street south to Rock Creek, abutting Block 1 of Hocott Homes
Sites Subdivision, and Blocks 1 and 2 of Cox's Subdivision
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plats of said Additions now appearing of record in Plat Book
2, Page 163, and Plat Book 2, Page 160, respectively, in
the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in
said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of November, 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
