RESOLUTION NO. 9,020
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE :
A portion of Wright Avenue, running 150 ft. West of the West right -of -way line
of Cheater Street lying adjacent to Lot 12, Block 25, Wright's Addition, to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas. (See Exhibit 'A')
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas on 6th day of AUguSt , 1993, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon all of Wright Avenue, to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Plat Book M -2, Page 626, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said
streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 2nd day of
Noveober , lg 93.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
