A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
CONVEYING THE CITY'S INTEREST IN
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8423 W. 36TH STREET
TO STEVE CONE_

WHEREAS, the City purchased the property located at 8423 W.
36th Street as part of the 36th Street Bond Project; and
WHEREAS, the house was used as a construction field office
during construction of 36th street improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to divest itself of its interest
in property and the house and property were advertised to be sold
to the highest bidder; and
WHEREAS, six bids were received with Steve Cone being the
highest bidder at $7,777.77.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute a quitclaim deed to convey the City's interest in property
located at 8423 West 36th Street to Steve Cone for $7,777.77.
