A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS
FOR NEW TERMS TO THE PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL TO CONFORM TO
EXISTING BYLAWS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the bylaws of the Private Industry Council require
that no than more one -third of the members be appointed each
year; and
WHEREAS, seven members of the total of 21 must be appointed
in any one year; and
WHEREAS, members in 1993 have drawn by lottery for terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following members are hereby confirmed and
appointed to serve a two year term expiring May 3, 1995:
Ernest E. Edwards, Jr.
JoAnn Issinghoff
Boyce Pearson
John Riggs, IV
Richard Tucker
Carol Green
SECTION 2. The following members are hereby confirmed and
appointed to serve a term of three years expiring May 3, 1996:
Mickey Anders
Gary Dreher
Earl Moore
Mary Jane Rebick
Shirley Thomas
Ezekiel Vaughn
Henry Warren
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
