A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN
ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PAINT AND BODY
WORK FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
SERVICES /FLEET SERVICES DIVISION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award an annual contract to Tollivers Body Shop, in an amount
not to exceed the hourly rate of $18.00 for paint and body work on
sedans, light, medium and heavy trucks, and specialty trucks, for
the Department of General Services /Fleet Services Division.
SECTION 2. This contract is renewable for one additional
year as per the terms of the bid with the City Manager's approval.
