RESOLUTION NO. 8.955
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT
AUTHORITY, HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND
APPEALS, LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY, LITTLE
ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE, AND MOTION
PICTURE AND TELEVISION COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
serve four year terms expiring August 26, 1997:
Mr. Douglas Hardin
Mr. Robert Scull
Ms. Marsha Allen appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. Searcy Ewell, said term expiring August
26, 1997.
(b) HOUSING HOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
serve four year terms expiring August 1, 1997:
Mr. Jim Harris
Mr. Walter Lloyd, Jr.
Ms. Ruthie Wrather
(c) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. Lee Frazier appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Howard Reed, said term expiring July 6, 1995.
Mr. Gary Barket appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. J.W. Benafield, said term expiring July 6, 1996.

d) LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
serve four year terms expiring August 1, 1997.
Mr. Henry C. Kelley, Jr.
Mr. Patrick D. Miller
(e) MOTION PICTURE AND TELEVISION COMMISSION
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
serve four year terms expiring May 29, 1997:
Mr. Mark Abernathy
Ms. Dena Benafield
Mr. Ben Combs
Mr. Bob Ginnaven
Mr. Maurice Lewis
Ms. Judy Stoltz
Mr. Bill Williamson appointed to serve a four year term,
replacing Mr. Joe Swaty, said term expiring May 29,
1997.
Mr. William DeLoney appointed to serve a four year term,
replacing Ms. Regina Blakley, said term expiring May 29,
1997.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
