A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A ONE YEAR RENEWAL
CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWEST EMPLOYEE
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM EFFECTIVE JULY 1,
1993.

WHEREAS, this renewal represents the second year of a
maximum three -year contract period noted in the Request for
Proposal issued in 1992; and
WHEREAS, based on the services provided by Southwest EAP
and the proposed renewal at the current contract rate, staff
recommends that the contract be renewed for an additional one -year
period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to renew a one
year contract with Southwest Employee Assistance Program for
employee assistance program services effective July 1, 1993.
