A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE RENOVATION OF A
HOUSE AT 3307 DUKE COURT AS PART OF
THE SAVE -A -HOME PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1_ The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Phillips Construction Company, the low
bidder, in the amount of $21,817 to complete the renovation of a
house at 3307 Duke Court as part of the Save -A -Home Program.
SECTION 2. Funding is available under the Community
Development Block Grant Save -A -Home Progam, Account Number
93- 18402.
