RESOLUTION NO. 8,935
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
EXTERIOR RENOVATION AND PAINTING OF THE
MUSEUM.
WHEREAS, the exterior of the Museum has
deteriorated to the point where repair work is critical to
preserve historic integrity and safety for its users.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award a contract to River City Painting and
Construction in an amount not to exceed $72,000, for
renovation of the Museum exterior.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in
Account Number 210- 230 -0281.
