A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE TO PROVIDE
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S
SELF - INSURED WORKERS' COMPENSATION
PROGRAM FOR A 12 -MONTH PERIOD EFFECTIVE
JULY 1, 1993.

WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was issued in April 1993
for an organization to provide required Workers' Compensation
administrative services for the City's self- insured program; and
WHEREAS, total cost analysis from the five responses
received was based on materials included in the bid specifications
and per item charges listed in the responses; and
WHEREAS, that analysis shows that the proposal from
Arkansas Municipal League provides the lowest total cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Arkansas Municipal League to provide
administrative services for the City's self- insured Workers'
Compensation program for a 12 -month period effective July 1, 1993.
