HomeMy WebLinkAbout8914r r■r� �� r r .r■ r r� r +.� r r r 200 1 RESOLUTION NO. 8.914 2 3 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 4 5 8,896 (APRIL 6, 1993) BY REVISING 6 EXHIBIT "BN WHICH SET PRIORITIES FOR 7 VARIOUS CDBG STREET AND DRAINAGE 8 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. 9 10 WHEREAS, Resolution 8,896 approved various street and 11 drainage improvement projects and allocations of the funds 12 13 provided form a supplemental CDBG grant, should it become 14 available; and 15 WHEREAS, following the public hearing on April 6, 1993, 16 concerning se of the CDBG FY 1993 entitlement g grant and possible 17 supplemental grant funds, the Board referred to the City -wide 18 Citizen Participation Coordinating Committee two citizen requests 19 20 concerning the priority listing of projects proposed for the use 21 of any supplemental CDBG grant forthcoming in 1993; and 22 WHEREAS, on April 22, 1993, the Citizen Participation 23 Coordinating Committee voted unanimously to recommend retention of 24 reconstruction of Ludwig from 42nd to Asher as priority 3, and to 25 revise the order of priority 4, "construct underground conduit for 26 27 drainage between 12th and 13th Street from Peyton to Adams," to 28 priority 10. 29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 30 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 31 SECTION 1. Resolution 8,896 is hereby amended by revising 32 Exhibit °Bn which set the order of priorities for various CDBG 33 34 street and drainage improvement projects specifically to the 35 original priority 4, ffconstruct underground conduit for drainage 36 between 12th and 13th Street from Peyton to Adams,' to priority io J , 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 210 and renumbering the original priorities 5 through 10 to be priorities 4 through 9 respectively. Approval on the basis of that contingency implies no commitment or intention with regard to normal CDBG entitlements. All are standard street reconstruction projects unless otherwise described.
