M M M 195 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of the following: A. to Morton Buildings, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $61,447, a contract for the purchase of a horse barn for the Police Department. B. to Russell Chevrolet, in an amount not to exceed $75,973.28, a contract to purchase a pothole patcher truck for the Department of General Services/ Fleet Services Division. C. to Sonitrol Security, in an amount not to exceed $23,895, for the purchase of a security system for the Municipal Courts Building. Sonitrol was the only known source for this type system, however, bids were solicited to verify this. The reason the Sonitrol system was specified was so the Courts security system would be compatible with the Police Departments.
