A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE ALHAMBRA COURT FROM
CHENAL PARKWAY TO HERMITAGE ROAD AND PILGRIM ROAD
FROM BOWMAN ROAD TO ALHAMBRA COURT IN MONTCLAIR
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (PART II) OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND TO ABANDON ALL
EASEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THOSE PORTIONS OF RIGHT -
OF -WAY.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th
day of April, 1993, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of the right -of -way of Alhambra Court
between Chenal Parkway and Hermitage Road and all of the
right -of -way of Pilgrim Road between Bowman Road and
Alhambra Court in Block 2 of Montclair Heights Subdivision
(Part II) of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and to
abandon all easements located within those portions of
right -of -way, as designated on the plat of said Subdivision
now appearing of record in Plat Book 6, Page 25, in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 18th day of May , 1993.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
