A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARTS & HUMANITIES
PROMOTION COMMISSION, ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF
SCIENCE AND HISTORY COMMISSION, BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT, CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, CITY
SAFETY COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT COMMISSION, AND SISTER CITIES
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Ms. Lin Blair, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Mr. Richard Hixson, said term expiring
December 16, 1995.
(b) ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE 6 HISTORY COMMISSION
Ms. Ellen Gray, reappointed to a four year term
expiring January 1, 1997.
Mr. Patton Rudder, reappointed to a four year term
expiring January 1, 1997
Mr. Don Steely, reappointed to a four year term
expiring January 1, 1997.
Mr. Tom Wittenberg, reappointed to a four year term
expiring January 1, 1997.
(c) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Mr. John Borchert, Jr., reappointed to a three year
term expiring February 4, 1996.
Mr. James Burt Taggart, reappointed to a three year
term expiring February 4, 1996.
Ms. Brenda Wyrick, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Mr. Rex Crane, said term expiring February 4,
1996.

(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Ms. Joyce M. Raynor, appointed to a three year term
replacing Ms. Charlene Hardcastle, said term expiring
October 19, 1995.
(e) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION
Ms. Imogene Cheek, appointed to a three year term
replacing Ms. Ginny Hatch, said term expiring January
2, 1996.
(f) LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION
Mr. Gaston Gibson, appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Ms. Donna McClarty, said term expiring December 31,
1995.
(g) SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Ms. Britt Rice, appointed to a two year term expiring
January 1, 1995.
Mr. Bill Sprinkle, appointed to a three year term
expiring January 1, 1996.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
