A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT FOR REMOVAL AND
INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND FUEL
STORAGE TANKS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES /FLEET SERVICES
DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2 -243 of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is authorized to enter into
an engineering services contract with McClelland Consulting
Engineers, in an amount not to exceed $45,505, for removal and
installation of underground fuel storage tanks at City locations
shown on the attached tab,O ation.

contract be awarded to McClelland Consulting Engineers. Request
for Proposals for professional services were taken and evaluated
in accordance with Ordinance 9 15221. The review committee
selected McClelland as per the attached ranking.
