A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CHEMICAL CLEANERS AND CONDITIONERS
FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
SERVICES /FLEET SERVICES DIVISION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award to Chemical Buyers of America, the qualified low
bidder for each item shown on the attached tabulation, a
contract in an amount not to exceed $22,200 for the purchase of
chemical cleaners and conditioners for the Department of General
Services /Fleet Services Division.
