RESOLUTION NO. 8,868
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE
INPROVEMENTS FOR THE WEST 28TH STREET
CDBG PROJECT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
NEIGHBORHOOD AND PLANNING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Hogan Construction Company in an amount
not to exceed $232,151.20 for street and drainage improvements
for the West 28th Street CDBG Project for the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is further authorized to
approve change orders and contingencies to the contract in the
aggregate not to exceed $12,848.80.
