A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD CONTRACTS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF POLICE SEDANS, UNMARKED
SEDANS, AND AMMUNITION FOR THE .LITTLE
ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of the
following for the Little Rock Police Department.
A. to the qualified low bidders for each item shown on
on the attached tabulation, contracts in an amount
not to exceed $430,997.77 for the purchase of police
sedans and unmarked sedans.
B. to Texas State Distributors, in an amount not to
exceed $25,000, a contract for each item of
ammunition shown on the attached tabulation.
