RESOLUTION NO. 8,855
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE
APPEALS, CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF
TRUSTEES, CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, CITY SAFETY
COMMISSION, AND THE ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are
hereby appointed or reappointed as members of the
respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Ms. Helen Buchanan, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 16, 1995.
Mr. George Wittenberg, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 16, 1995.
(b) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS
Mr. Larry Crenshaw, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1995.
Mr. Rudy Fenton, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1995.
(c) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Sherman Banks, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 31, 1995.
Mr. J. Somers Matthews, appointed to a three year term
expiring December 31, 1995.
(d) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Mr. James F. Goodhart, appointed to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1995.
(e) CITY SAFETY COMMISSION
Mr. David Leggett, reappointed to a three year term
expiring January 2 1996.
Mr. Milton Fine, reappointed to a three year term
expiring January 2, 1996.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
