RESOLUTION NO. 8,829
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
8,622 (DECEMBER 17, 1991) SLATING
FEES FOR USE OF THE CITY'S GOLF
COURSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the Little Rock
Board of Directors to make certain adjustments in fees for use of
the City's golf courses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The fees for the use of the City's golf courses
are being amended as indicated in the attached Schedule 1.
SECTION 2. All other fees as established by previous
Resolution relating to golf courses are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after January 1, 1993.
