A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD
CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
AFFORDABLE HOMES AT 618 EAST 17TH
STREET AND AT 3022 TATUM STREET.

WHEREAS, construction of an affordable home on the City
owned lot at 618 East 17th Street is the first new construction in
the model block area of East 17th Street; and
WHEREAS, construction of an affordable home on the City
owned lot at 3022 Tatum Street has been pre -sold to a qualified
buyer; and
WHEREAS, completion and occupancy of these affordable home
are scheduled for March, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award contracts to Euro -Homes for the construction of an
affordable home on a City owned lot at 618 E. 17th Street, in an
amount not to exceed $41,000, and the construction of an
affordable home on a City owned lot at 3022 Tatum Street, in an
amount not to exceed $40,000.
