RESOLUTION NO. 8,825
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF "X"
STREET, FROM WHITE OAK LANE WEST TO
FOXCROFT ROAD, TO FOXCHASE ROAD
WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting the 7900
Block of "X" Street, extending from White Oak Lane to
Foxcroft Road, have signed a petition requesting a change
of name for this portion of "X" Street; and,
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its
November 3, 1992 meeting, approved the change of name.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The name of the 7900 Block of "X" Street,
extending from White Oak Lane to Foxcroft Road is hereby
changed to Foxchase Road.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption and the City
Manager is hereby directed to notify all departments of
said change.
