A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDOR
EDS FEDERAL CORPORATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has n approved zone
designation for Census Tract 1, Block G up 2 within the
corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the local government must ndorse a business or
enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program
and benefit from the exemptions as pr vided in Part IV of the
Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regu tions of 1983, and
WHEREAS, said endorsement mus be made on specific forms
available from AIDC, and
WHEREAS, EDS Federal Corpor tion, located at 101 E. Capitol
Avenue, has been determined by the management of the Enterprise
Zone as an appropriate applic t, and
WHEREAS, EDS Federal orporation has agreed to furnish to
management of the Enterp se Zone, all necessary information for
compliance.
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE OCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. S Federal Corporation shall be endorsed by the
City of Little ock for benefit from the exemptions as provided
in Part IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of
1983.
SECT ON 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required
Certif' ate of Local Government Endorsement.
