A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE
BUILDING AT 1108 S. PARK AS A
NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT CENTER.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Phillips Construction Company, the low
bidder, in the amount of $43,328, to complete the renovation of
the building at 1100 S. Park to be used as a Neighborhood Alert
Center.
