RESOLUTION NO. 8.820
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION AND
THE CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are
hereby appointed or reappointed as members of the
respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Dr. Ruth Simmons Herts, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of James Cobb, said term expiring June 30, 1994.
(b) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Mr. Merlin Seamon, reappointed to a three year term
expiring October 19, 1995.
(c) LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
The following members were reappointed to three year
terns expiring November 1, 1995:
Mr. Joe Selz
Mr. Jim VonTungeln
Mr. Bradley Walker

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
