A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING STREET IMPROVEMENT

-- DIS_TRICT NO. 634 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Street Improvement
8
District No. 634 of Little Rock, Arkansas (the "District ") have
9
determined that all bonds, notes or other evidences of
10
indebtedness, plus all interest thereon, have been paid in full;
11
and
12
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have further determined that
13
the District has fully accomplished the purposes for which it
14
was formed and has fully completed the construction of the
15
improvements which it has undertaken; and
16
WHEREAS, title to and control of the facilities constructed
17
by the District have been taken over and assumed by the City of
18
Little Rock, Arkansas which formed the District; and
19
WHEREAS, all assets of said District are in cash; and
20
WHEREAS, all debts of the District, including reasonable
21
legal fees and other expenses incurred in connection with the
22
dissolution of said District have been paid; and
23
WHEREAS, all remaining funds of the District have been
24
refunded to the property owners in said District; and
25
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have adopted a resolution to
26
wind up the affairs of the District and cause the District to be
27
dissolved according to the provisions of the laws of the State
28
of Arkansas; and
29
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have requested the Board of
30
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to adopt a
31
resolution confirming the resolution of the said Commissioners
32
and granting the approval of the City Board for the dissolution
33
of the District;
34
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Street Improvement District No. 634 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, has been dissolved by unanimous vote of
the — Commissioners -of-said-District-in accordance with Arkansas
law.

SECTION 2. All future levies and assessments of the
District have been cancelled and the Commissioners are hereby
relieved from further duties.
