RESOLUTION NO. 8.766
THE CITY
ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
AND OBSERVATION FOR OUTDOOR
FACILITIES AT THE WAR MEMORIAL
FITNESS CENTER, A 1988 CAPITAL
IMPROV"UXT BOND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the 1988 Bond issue provided $2,640,000 to create
a fitness center with indoor and outdoor recreation facilities in
War Memorial Park; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 2 -243 of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with ETC Engineers /MESA, in the amount of $64,500
for design, engineering, construction documents and observation
for the War Memorial Outdoor Recreation Area.
SECTION 2: Funding for this project is available in
account number 210 - 230 -0048.
