RESOLUTION NO. 8,764
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR CDBG STREET LIGHTING
IMPROVEMENTS ON EAST 17TH STREET FROM
CUMBERLAND TO VANCE STREETS FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND
PLANNING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is authorized to accept bis
and award a contract to Township Builders, in an amount not to
exceed $45,535, for street lighting improvements on East 17th
Street from Cumberland to Vance Streets for the Department of
Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2: Funding is available under the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, Account No. 92/17201.
