HomeMy WebLinkAbout8756r � RESOLUTION NO. 8,756 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ESTABLISH INITIAL FEES FOR THE UNIVERSITY PARR ADULT CENTER. WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has constructed an Adult Center at University Park and needs to set membership, instructional, and rental fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1: The charges are established for membership fees for the newly constructed University Park Adult Center as set forth in the attached Schedule. SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after August 4, 1992. Members will receive priority and /or discounts on activities, classes and reservations. Daily Fees Senior Citizens (75 +) Free 62 -75 years $ .50 Below 62 years $ 1.00 Monthly Fees Senior Citizens (75 +) Free 62 -75 years $ 7.50 Below 62 years $ 15.00 Quarterly Fees Senior Citizens (75 +) Free 62 -75 years $ 20.25 Below 62 years $ 40.50 Yearly Fees Senior Citizens (75 +) Free 62 -75 years $ 73.00 Below 62 years $146.00 CLASS FEES: The fee for various classes will range from $8.00 to $20.00 and will be based on the use of instructors, supplies, etc.. Instructors will be allowed to provide and sell supplies to participants. During normal hours of operation: $10.00 /hour After normal hours of operation: $15.00 /hour (min. 3 hrs.) Social meetings requiring special room set up. During normal hours of operation: $20.00 /hour. After• normal hours of operation: $30.00 /hour (min. 3 hrs.) Clean up fee: $15.00 Deposit: $25.00 Banquet Hall: During normal hours of operation: $50.00 /hour After normal operating hours: $75.00 /hour Clean up fee: $25.00 Deposit: $50.00 Total Facility: During normal hours of operation: Not available After normal operating hours: $100.00 /hour (min. 3 hrs.) The deposit is due when making reservation; balance will be due seven (7) days prior to the event or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit retained. Deposits will be refunded if there is no damage to the facility, equipment or other accessories in or on the premises.
