A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
8,622 TO PROVIDE FOR A REDUCTION IN
THE REGULAR DAILY MEPMERSHIP FEE FOR
WAR MEMORIAL FITNESS CENTER.

WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 8,622 (December
17, 1991), established initial fees for the War Memorial Fitness
Center; and
WHEREAS, based on analysis of projected expenditures and
revenue for the remainder of 1992, Parks and Recreation staff has
recommended that the regular daily membership rate be decreased
from $3.50 to $3.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION is The regular daily membership fee for War
Memorial Fitness Center shall be decreased to $3.00.
SECTION 2: That all other fees established by Resolution
No. 8,622 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
