A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ESTABLISH GROUP RATES FOR THE WAR MEMORIAL
FITNESS CENTER.
WHEREAS. Group rates for the War Memorial Fitness
Center have been deemed appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
establish group rates for the War Memorial Fitness Center as
indicated in the attached Schedule.
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.

GROUP RATES
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS:
Participating employers will be responsible for guaranteeing
the enrollment level which qualifies them for a given group
discount rate. This rate will be applicable for 1 year.
Rates will be revised yearly based on the number of actual
participating employees.
