A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF SUPPLEMENTAL TITLE II -B JOB TRAINING
PARTNERSHIP ACT (JTPA) FUNDS FOR THE
SUMMER YOUTH E14PIAYMENT PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, President George Bush signed the Emergency Urban
Aid package on June 22, 1992; and
WHEREAS, The Little Rock Service Delivery Area's will
receive a supplemental allocation of $250,446; and
WHEREAS, these additional funds will be used to increase
the number of participants in the summer youth employment program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Little Rock Private Industry Council is
hereby authorized to expend up to $250,446 of supplemental Title
II -B Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) funds for the summer
youth employment program.
