A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF
A RADIO MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH
MOTOROLA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. FOR ONE
YEAR.
WHEREAS, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 8,496 (May 7,
1991) awarded a radio maintenance contract to Motorola
Communications, Inc. for the balance of 1991, with an option to
extend for one year; and
WHEREAS, staff anticipates a termination of the maintenance
contract in the third quarter of 1992 due to installation of the
new 800 Mhz Trunked Radio System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to extend
the radio maintenance contract with Motorola Communications, Inc.
for one year.
