A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8,220
ESTABLISHING FEES FORTH; : CITY'S TENNIS CENTERS.
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the Little Rock Board of Directors to
make certain adjustments in the tennis fee schedules to make this program self- supporting.
NO"" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The fees to be charged for the tennis centers are being amended as
indicated in the attached Schedule.
SECTION 2. All fees as established by the previous Resohrtion reiating to tennis
centers are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after January
1, 1992.

TENNIS CENTER FEES
Proposed fees identify prime time and non -prime time usage. Stated fees
reflect a per court fee in lieu of a previously administered per player
fee.
REHSAMEN TENNIS CENTER
Court Fee Prime Time Usage
1 1/2 hour: $ 9.75
Each additional 1/2 hour: $ 3.25
Court Fee Non -Prime Time Usage
1 1/2 hour: $ 5.00
Each additional 1/2 hour: $ 1.50
Group Reservation (Fee Per Court Hour)
Minimum 50 court hours: $ 3.50
Minimum 10 court hours: $ 4.00
Reservation deposit: $ 100.00
WALKER TENNIS CENTER
Court Fee Prime Time Usage
1 1/2 hour: $ 8.00
Each additional 1/2 hour: $ 2.50
Court Fee Non -Prime Time Usage
1 1/2 hour: $ 4.00
Each additional 1/2 hour: $ 1.25
Group Reservation (Fee Per Court Hour)
Minimum 50 court hours: $ 3.00
Minimum 10 court hours: $ 3.50
