RESOLUTION NO. 8,618
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE APPIANWAY STREET
BETWEEN WEST 10TH STREET AND WEST 11TH STREET IN
ROOTS AND COY'S ADDITION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25th
day of October, 1991, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all of Appianway Street between West 10th
and West 11th Streets between Blocks 10 and 11 of Roots and
Coy's Addition of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 31, Page 194 in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of January
1992.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
