A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
PERMANENT RIGHT -OF -WAY PERMIT TO
RELOCATE OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL
UTILITIES ON CITY LAND FOR THE USE
AND BENEFIT OF ARKANSAS POWER AND
LIGHT COMPANY.

WHEREAS, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department
is performing construction activity in the vicinity of
Interstate 30 and Vimy Ridge Road; and
WHEREAS, existing overhead electrical utilities on lands
owned by the City in that vicinity must be relocated to
accommodate the road construction activity; and
WHSRF.A.S, a new easement on City lands occupied by the
Jacuzzi Brothers International Manufacturing facility must be
granted to accommodate the utility relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a permanent right -of -way permit to relocate overhead
electrical utilities on lands owned by the City for the use and
benefit of Arkansas Power and Light Company.
