A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ARTS AND HUMANITIES
PROMOTION COMMISSION, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, BOARD OF
ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS, CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
BOARD, CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION, AND THE WATER COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Mr. William Clark, appointed to a four year term, said
term expiring June 30, 1995.
(b) ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION:
Mr. George Wittenberg, III, appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Mr. Lloyd Benjamin, III, said term
expiring December 16, 1992.
(c) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
Mr. Rex D. Crane reinstated to complete his term, said
term expiring February 4, 1993.
(d) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS:
Mr. Don M. Thompson, reappointed to a three year term,
said term expiring November 25, 1994.
(e) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD:
Ms. Sheila Freeman appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Mr. James Argue, said term expiring August 26, 1992.

(f) CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
Mr. Ross McCain reappointed to a three year term, said
term expiring October 19, 1994.
Ms. Josephine Graham appointed to a three year term,
said term expiring October 19, 1994.
(g) LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION:
Mr. Jim VonTungeln appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Ms. Rose Collins, said term expiring November 1,
1992.
Mr. Emmett Willis appointed to a three year term, said
expiring November 1, 1994.
Mr. John McDaniel reappointed to a three year term,
said term expiring November 1, 1994.
Ms. Kathleen Oleson reappointed to a three year term,
said term expiring November 1, 1994.
Ms. Diane Chachere reistated to complete her term,
said term expiring November 1, 1993.
(h) WATER COMMISSION:
Mr. Craig Wood reappointed to a eight year term, said
term expiring October 31, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
