RESOLUTION NO. 8,598 •
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
CERTAIN DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SUBSTITUTE
WORTHEN NATIONAL BANK OF ARKANSAS FOR ONE
NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE /PAYING AGENT OF THE
BOND ISSUE, AND OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas was the issuer
of Health Care Revenue Bonds, J &M Properties Project, Series 1983,
dated June 1, 1983 ( °Bond Issue "), and One National Bank was the
Trustee /Paying Agent of said Bond Issue.
WHEREAS, One National Bank has resigned as Trustee /Paying
Agent of the Bond Issue, effective on the earlier of thirty days
from the date of such resignation or on the date upon which a
successor trustee of the Bond Issue, having been appointed as
such, accepts such appointment. A copy of the resignation is
attached hereto.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby accepts
the resignation of One National Bank and appoints Worthen National
Bank of Arkansas as Successor Trustee /Paying Agent of the Bond
Issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION It That the resignation of One National Bank as
Trustee /Paying Agent of the Bond Issue be accepted.
SECTION 2: That Worthen National Bank of Arkansas be
appointed as successor Trustee /Paying Agent of the Bond Issue.
SECTION 3: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City a document entitled
"Acceptance of Resignation and Appointment of Successor
Trustee /Paying Agent ", a copy of which is attached hereto, and any
other documents necessary to substitute Worthen National Bank of

AND APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR
TRUSTEE /PAYING AGENT
Reference is made to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Health Care Revenue Bonds, J &M Properties Project, Series 1983,
dated June 1, 1983 ( "Bond Issue ").
one National Bank, original Trustee and Paying Agent of the
Bond Issue, has resigned as such Trustee /Paying Agent,
effective on the earlier of thirty days from the date of the
resignation or on the date a successor trustee /paying agent,
having been appointed as such, accepts said appointment. Said
Resignation is hereby accepted.
The undersigned hereby appoints Worthen National Bank of
Arkansas as Successor Trustee /Paying Agent of the Bond Issue,
to act as such, without bond, beginning upon the date such
appointment is accepted.

of thirty (30) days from the date hereof or on the date a
successor trustee, having been appointed as such, accepts said
appointment.
