RESOLUTION No. 8,547 359
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
REIMBURSE LITTLE ROCK WATER WORKS $185,943 FOR
THE RELOCATION OF A 39ff WATER LINE ON THE
FOURCHE CREEK PROJECT, PHASE IV.
WHEREAS, a local cooperation agreement with the Corps of
Engineers requires the City of Little Rock to be responsible for
utility relocations; and
WHEREAS, this relocation was part of the construction
necessary relocate a water line that conflicted with channel
improvements along Rock Creek; and
WHEREAS, the City has an official policy concerning the
costs of certains relocations as set forth in Little Rock,
Arkansas, Resolution Number 7,487.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
reimburse Little Rock Water Works $185,943 for the relocation of a
39" water line on the Fourche Creek Project, Phase IV.
SECTION 2: Said funds are available in Account No.
499 - 220 -8665.
