A RESOLUTION AU'T'HORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD CONTRACTS FOR
SAVE -A -HOME RENOVATION AT 4316 WEST 18TH
STREET AND 1024 DENNISON STREET FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND PLANNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award contracts to Phillips Construction Company in an
amount not to exceed $25,477 for renovation of a residence at 4316
West 18th Street; and $21,449 for renovation of a residence at
1024 Dennison Street.
SECTION 2: Funding is available from federal monies
separately accounted for under the Community Development Block
Grant Save -A -Home Program, Account No. 91- 15402.
