RESOIDTION NO. 8,543
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH WORLD WIDE TRAVEL
AGENCY FOR AIR AND OTHER BUSINESS TRAVEL
SERVICES FOR VARIOUS CITY DEPARTMENTS.
WHEREAS, a contract to provide air and other
business travel services to various City departments was
approved by Resolution Number 8,322, dated June 19, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the bid stated that upon City Manager approval the
contract could be renewed for two additional years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to extend
the contract with World Wide Travel Agency for air and other
business related travel services for various City departments for
a one year period.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is further authorized to
approve one additional year per the terms of the contract.
ADOPTED: August 6, 1991.
