RESOLUTION NO. 8.539
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING THE CITY'S
INTEREST IN PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS
LOT 11, SECTION A, VERNON PLACE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City owns a 35.32% interest in real property
described as Lot 11, Section A, Vernon Place Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the remaining 64.68% interest has
offered to purchase the City's interest for $5,500.
WHEREAS, the City desires to divest itself of its interest
in said property.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute a quitclaim deed to convey the City's interest in Lot
11, Section A, Vernon Place Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas to Les Longstreth and to accept the
amount of $5,500 for the sale of its interest therein.
ADOPTED: August 6, 1991
