A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN 8N
WATER MAIN (950 FEET) AND A 6& WATER MAIN
(1330 FEET) TO SERVE 10 TRACTS OF''LAND FOR
SINGLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT IN_THE.RUNNING
CREEK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN PULASKI COUNTY
AND OUTSIDE THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK EXTRA-
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE RO - ARKANSAS*
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7,893, the Little
Rock Board of Directors hereby authorizes the extension of an 8"
water main (950 feet) and a 6" water main (1330 feet) to serve 10
tracts of land for single family development in the Running Creek
Subdivision. This extension meets the requirements of Section X of
the Guidelines for implementation of Resolution No. 7,893 because
the applicant has agreed to execute a pre- annexation agreement,
the subdivision is within the Lawson and Colonel Glenn Road Water
Pipeline Water Improvement District No. 112, the subdivision is
outside of the City of Little Rock extraterritorial jurisdiction
and it meets the Pulaski County subdivision requirements.
SECTION 2: No individual tie -ons will be allowed until the
applicant has executed a pre- annexation agreement and the
individual purchasers of lots within the subdivision have executed
a pre- annexation agreement that runs with the land.
SECTION 3: No further subdividing of the 10 lots within
Running Creek Subdivision (see attached sketch) shall be allowed.
