A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON MAY 217 1991, TO CONSIDER THE
ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ELDERLY HOUSING
FACILITIES BOARD.

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That May 21, 1991, at 6:00 p.m. shall be the date
and time for a public hearing to consider the issuance of refunding
revenue bonds in the maximum principal amount of $1,155,000 for the
purpose of financing the costs of refunding the entire outstanding
principal amount of the $1,390,000 City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Elderly Housing Facilities Board Revenue Bonds (First National Bank
of Hot Springs Project) Series 1982A.
