A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE RADIO SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TO MOTOROLA
COMMUNICATIONS, INC., FOR THE BALANCE OF
1991 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE
YEAR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Radio System Maintenance Contract is hereby
awarded to Motorola Communications, Inc., for the balance of 1991
at a cost of $80,588.00 with an option to extend for one (1) year.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into such a contract with Motorola Communications, Inc., to
maintain the City's radio system.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
